A) At the initial level (start of business)

  • HR4U will arrange the invitation letter necessary to get visa for tourist or short term business purpose.
  • HR4U will manage and coordinate the whole immigration process from start to finish and will work with designated customer employees to ensure that the process is handled in a very efficient way.
  • HR4U will also provide a single point of contact to the applicant and customer that will be available to answer any questions about the immigration process.
  • HR4U will work with customer to provide you with a full list of standard requirements in both Czech and English (Chinese when required) language to ensure that each applicant is able to collect the main required documents and information before he/she would arrive in the Czech Republic.
  • The immigration process will generally start with the completion of a customized Immigration questionnaire. Based on the contents of the questionnaire, HR4U will send the applicant and the customer contact persons a detailed list of documents and customized drafts that the applicant must collect in his home country.
  • At the same time, HR4U will arrange for the applicant to visit a notary and doctor to get the necessary certifications in a location that is convenient for the employee. Client immigration assistants could be managed and instructed for this by HR4U accordingly.
  • HR4U will deal with all communication with the various immigration authorities to ensure the maximum chance of a successful outcome and to ensure that only documents, which are absolutely necessary, are collected. When necessary or appropriate HR4U would negotiate with the relevant authority (on local or higher level) the best available approach in the immigration process, in order to speed up the entire process.
  • Once the work permit and other relevant documents are ready, HR4U will arrange for an appointment at the Czech Embassy for the applicant and we will provide the applicant with a detailed application package and full instructions about the process that must be followed to submit the visa application..HR4U can ask for a date for interview of applicant at responsible embassy and after that CZ embassy will confirm it, HR4U will immediately inform the applicant.
  • HR4Ue will also provide the applicant with details about how to collect the visa and what must be done when entering the Czech Republic.
  • HR4U will ensure that each applicant and customer is aware of the status of the immigration process at all possible times. HR4U will also prepare a status report regarding statuses of individual immigration application for customer.

B) At the level of supporting of your current operations

  • HR4U offers to maintain  a list of foreign employees and inform in advance about necessary actions as regards prolongation their legal stay in CZ
  •   HR4U will continuously check the validity of documents and pay attention when the renewing process should start, not to miss any deadlines.
  • HR4U will assist to renew visas and work permits or change the short term ones to long term / permanent.
  • HR4U will work with customer to provide with a full list of standard requirements in both Czech and English (Chinese when required) language to ensure that each applicant is able to collect the main required documents and information.
  • HR4U will help the client with orientation of newcomers in culture, habits, behaviour in environment which they are not familiar with.
